I have Stika 12 and have been running it on Windows XP. Recently, I have upgraded my computer to Windows 7 and I'm looking for the drivers for the Dr Stika and Roland Sitka Vinyl Cutter. Where can I download the compatible driver?

Usually, drivers for newer Windows versions are available on the download page of the developer's official website. In this matter, visit the page mentioned above. It seems that the cutter can be used on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Make sure that you download the appropriate version to overcome compatibility errors.
Dr.Stika machine has its measurements for length and width mixed up. It only prints length ways and I cannot get it to print portraits. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you reinstall the drivers and software of your Dr.Stika product. If this doesn't fix the issue, go to Roland DGA Corporation web page, identify your machine model, select your operating system and download and install the latest updates. Also, you can use the contact information from Roland website to get in touch with the support team.
